Yasui PRIME – The D-VWIS System (VACUUM WAX INJECTOR SYSTEM)
Yasui has been successfully producing vacuum wax injectors for over 30 years, with over 20,000 units installed.
Their latest model, the Prime D-VWIS, offers a precise and controlled amount of wax into a vacuumed mold which eliminates air bubbles, stabilizes wax weights, produces uniform parts, and increases productivity significantly.
Because of its advanced user-friendly computer control system, the operator can tune in the correct settings needed to for each mold that is necessary to achieve the best possible wax pattern. Afterward, that molds “recipe” is saved to the unit’s memory, ready and waiting for its next order. As an option, the settings for each mold can be saved to an RFID chip that is glued or vulcanized to each mold, so the operator needs to only waive the mold over the optional RFID reader and the Yasui Prime will automatically adjust the settings that are particular for the mold you are working with.
RFID is a radio-frequency identification memory chip that can transfer saved data via an electromagnetic field, automatically identifying and tracking tags attached to objects. The tags contain electronically stored information.
